Briefing of FPC Polypropylene
PP Division was founded on
August 1, 2003 when FPC merged Yung-Chia Chemistry Ind. Corp. The merging
integrated the resources of FPC and Yung-Chia, strengthening the competitive
edge and expanding researching & development. We continue using the registered
brand name and logo, Yungsox and

The total annual capacity is 400KT of Polypropylene by using slurry and gas phase processes in the Lin-Yuan Plant. Slurry process mainly produces low MFI for thermoforming grade, high flow and low odor injection grade, medical application, high processing speed, thinner BOPP film grade for food, while gas phase process mainly produces high flow and high impact copolymer, and high processing speed, high transparent BOPP grade.
Ningbo Plant, located in the Ningbo Industrial Park Beilun Ningbo China, completed plant trial, production and sale in 2007. The annual capacity is 450KT of Polypropylene by using the most latest and advanced manufacture technology from Novolen Germany. Specific products in this plant are high flow and high impact copolymer, high crystalline PP grades with high temperature resistance, high transparent injection grades and high speed, high transparent BOPP grades.
